Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WannaShare service ("Service"), operated by Wannaverse ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

Registration is restricted to email addresses on the organisation's allowed domain. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to store, share, or distribute content that:

  • infringes intellectual property rights of others;
  • is unlawful, defamatory, or harassing;
  • contains malware, exploits, or automated scraping tooling;
  • violates applicable export control or sanctions regimes.

3. Content ownership

You retain ownership of files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and serve your files as strictly required to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train models.

4. Storage quotas

Each account has an allocated storage quota. Uploads that would exceed your quota will be rejected. Administrators may adjust quotas at their discretion.

5. Share links

You may create public, organisation-only, or recipient-restricted share links. You are solely responsible for the content you share and for whom you share it with. Revoking a link stops future access but does not recall already-downloaded copies.

6. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your stored files may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees paid to us in the preceding twelve months, or USD 100 if no fees were paid.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
